TSO'd REGULATED DC-DC POWER CONVERTER
(14 to 28Vdc High Power DC Converter)
The KGS model RH28 converts 14 Vdc input voltage to a regulated 28 Vdc output voltage. The converter is capable of delivering 280 Watts continuously at 28 Vdc and up to 10 amperes output.
A state of the art "Synchronous Current Mode Switching" topology with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is used to realize the power conversion. Control circuitry includes use of a popular Synchronous PWM controller for voltage regulation and overload current limit. Because of the design topology, a wide input voltage range is possible while delivering highly regulated 28Vdc output power.

Withstands without damage or degradation, loads exceeding 110% of the rated current. Output voltage falls toward input voltage when load exceeds 20 Amps. Unit delivers rated output power upon removal of the overload (OL) conditions.
